Real Estate Scenario Calculator (“the Service”), operated by Real Estate Scenario Calculator, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

All purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the instructions, or contact our support team and we will help process your request with Paddle.

After the refund window

Outside the 30-day window we may still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, for example where the Service has not been available or where a charge was made in error. Statutory consumer-protection rights are not affected.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current paid period; no further charges are made.
